Mojo Monday Hello Card with Lucy paper and Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge

Hello to all my fellow bloggers, readers and creators.  I just got home from vacation and was so ready to create something for all of you.  I created a card for Mojo Monday 244Try Stampin On Tuesday; Feeling Sketchy  and Tuesday Morning Sketches.  I love these sketches and they are so easy to follow.  I love taking the elements of a sketch and mixing them up.

I am starting a card club in July; and this is my first card for the card club.  Check out my card club and email me to join as soon as possible.  I need a head count so I can start cutting all the pieces for your cards.  It should be so much fun!!  You will enjoy a new stamp set each month as well as 4 new cards to create and send to friends and family.  See Card Club tab for more information.  If you own that months stamp set I am using; you may choose another stamp set of equal value or choose a higher priced one and pay the difference.  CTMH consultants are also welcome to join my card club.  Email me at purpleglocreations@socal.rr.com for details.

I chose Lucy Paper Packet for this card using CTMH A Tree stamp set.  I love CTMH stamps sets.  They are so reasonably priced and stamp clear and precise.  I still make mistakes sometimes but that is my fault, not the stamps fault.  This is a close up view of the tree stamp with the butterfly and the sentiment.  These are all part of this stamp set.

Don't forget to take advantage of June Stampaganza - Buy 2 and get 1 free!!

I decided to turn the following three sketches around and use different shapes; but the basics are all there.

Thanks to all the wonderful people who create these sketches and all the terrific challenges.  We appreciate the opportunity to create and to share as an inspiration to others.

Supplies used for creating this card:

Card size - 6 1/2 x 5
Card stock - CTMH Blush
Floral strip, green print and scallops - CTMH Lucy Paper Packet
Tree - CTMH Chocolate ink and leaves are CTMH Topiary ink
Sentiment and butterflies - CTMH Cotton Candy ink

    1. Sorry. I was trying to get some additional viewers for you. I don't understand why there is a limit on challenges when this gets your website out there even more. You might want to reconsider that rule. Have a great day!!

  8. Hi Gloria, thanks for stopping by our blog... I love your card, but to be completely honest don't see how your card fits all 4 sketch challenges, we appreciate the effort you have put into your card, and for linking it up to Feeling Sketchy, but we do have a maximum challenge combination of 3 to make sure that people are putting thought into the card sketch and not just linking it up to 20 challenges when their cards don't match the sketch...
I know I come across as a bit catty, but there are rules for a reason. I hope you can join us at Feeling Sketchy again, with a few less challenge entries, because we do love your card, but unfortunately, it is ineligible to win a prize...
    Thanks

    1. That is fine Jess. I wasn't trying to win a prize. Sorry. I actually thought I would try to get you more traffic by including your site here; but I forgot to read the rules first. My card has the same elements as your sketch; just rearranged; which usually is acceptable. I thought it said we could use any shape - so I went with a square with the tree as the circle. Thanks for the note. I like to enter several of them in hopes to bring more traffic to other websites. I appreciate your comment and will try to do better next time. Thanks for the challenge. Have a fantastic day!!

  16. Hi

Thanks for sharing your beautiful card.... however, I'm not sure it fits the Anniversaries theme at Anything Goes.

Hope to see you again soon though.

    1. Oops!! I'm sorry. I thought it was always "Anything goes". I saw the anniversary part; but thought it was an option. My mistake. Although, I have been using a lot of cards I have made for anniversary even though they were meant for other things. It has worked by just including a sentiment inside about their anniversary. Thanks for the lovely compliment Christine and for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment. Have a great day!!
