Thinking of You card/Friendship card Using Sweet Pea Fairy Tea Party

Hello friends.  It has cooled off in Southern CA and we had a very small amount of rain today.  We sure do need a lot more.  Our farmers are in trouble.  We are all on water restrictions here; and it looks like it is going to get a lot worse.  I didn't realize how bad it was until we went to Lake Isabella and it was dried up; as was most of Kern River.  We hadn't been there is a couple years and there was a pickup truck sitting in the middle of what use to be the lake.  So sad.  I always loved listening to Kern River roaring over the rocks; but now it is a very small stream.  

I created a card using Sweet Pea Fairy Tea Party today; so that I could enter it on a special Facebook group that I just recently discovered.  I thought she was so cute.  I love anything with wings.  I also wanted to use some of the paper I have in my stash.  I buy things and never get a chance to use them; so I am making an effort to start doing that now.  It is just too easy to use all CTMH products; which I love; and never get to the stash items.  It is amazing what you can find in your stash!

It was my first time to color pink hair.  My previous card; I tried out blue hair.  LOL!  I did purple about a month ago.  This one was a little harder to tell where one part began and another ended; but I finally figured it out after ruining 2 other copies of this digi.  I thought she looked easy to color; and that it would be a quick and easy one to create a card.  LOL!
