Hello Friends! I
know it probably doesn't feel like Christmas this year to most of us.
Even though I don't travel or visit my family at Christmas; we normally spend
time with my husband's son and ex-wife. We have always gone out to eat on Christmas
and on New Years; but this year, we are not able to due to COVID-19. My
husband is driving to a restaurant that we all love, to pick up take out and
delivering it to the two houses, ours and theirs, wearing a mask. What a
difference a year can make, right?
I created this CTMH Christmas Cardinal, which is retired. I don't think I have ever used it and decided it would look great for a Christmas card. The inside was an interesting experience. When I stamped it, the ink went under the pattern on the paper, making it look totally different than I expected. I liked it; so I made a second card with a new CTMH Christmas Cardinal and did the same thing inside. I love it.
Hello Friends! How
is everyone? I know the East coast had a huge snowstorm. Part of
New York got 35 inches. Can you believe that? Southern CA is having
80's again. The weather is all over the place right now.
I have had this image printed for a while; but forgot about it. Out of sight, out of mind. LOL! I fell in love with this Ching-Chou Kuik Sakura In March Greyscale the minute I saw her. I also knew that I had to use my CTMH Butterfly Mix In Paper as well. I wanted to create with soft colors to match this paper. I love how it turned out.
