Thank You card Using Cricut Artbooking On The Inside

DT Project For Tammy's Scrapin Corner Challenge #73 - Use A Digi

Hello everyone.  I have been very busy trying to create and publish my Cricut Artbooking videos so all of you will know how to use it when it comes out on August 1, 2013.  I have been having so much fun with this cartridge.  I plan to create more scrapbooking pages; but time seems to be getting away from me lately.  I have always heard that time flies the older you get; and now I know it is very true.  I wonder why it feels that way.  Is it because as children; we couldn't wait to grow up so we could do adult things and as adults we want to stay young a little while longer?

It is time to create something quick and easy for Tammy's Scrapin Corner - Challenge 73 - Use A Digi.  This is a fun challenge and I hope all of you will create something and enter for a chance to win.  It would be even more fun for those who have never attempted to create with Digi stamps.  I have two video's on my YouTube Channel.  The first one shows you how to use Digi Stamps with Microsoft Word and the other shows you how to color Digi stamps.  If you don't own a Digi stamp; just type in the words "free Digi stamps" on google.com and you will find lots of them.  If you aren't familiar with coloring with markers; then find one you can use as a black and white.  That is how I started using them.  Just have fun.

Our sponsors this week is Bugaboo Stamps and Deasy Designs.  Be sure to visit their websites for some fabulous Digi stamps.  If you would like to be a Guest Designer on Tammy's Scrapin Corner; just add GDT behind your name when you enter this weeks challenge.  Good luck to all of you.

I decided to do a CAS card this week using Bugaboo Thank You Tulip Block.  I love this Digi and wanted to try it out.  I also pulled out my embossing folders that I bought a while back and decided to try one of the new ones.  I combined my CTMH markers and Copic Markers to create this card.  I used my new Cricut Artbooking cartridge for the inside sentiment.  The cardstock is actually purple; but the color isn't very clear in these pictures.  The markers are colored with purple also; but they look blue in the pictures.  I hope you enjoy it.

Thank You Cards Using CTMH Florentine Paper and Cricut Artiste Cartridge

Hello.  It has finally cooled off in Southern California.  I hope everyone reading this post is having a fantastic day!!  It was 101 on Wednesday and now it is in the 60's.  I am so excited to have cooler weather.

I created a couple Thank You cards I wanted to share with you.  I decided to get my Cuttlebug out of the closet and do some embossing.  I bought a few new 5 x 7 embossing folders and was excited to try them out.  It had been a while since I had used my Cuttlebug when I started these two cards.  Before I was finished making these two; I used it on several other cards I was working on.  I forgot how pretty the cards look when using the embossing folders.  I used  CTMH Florentine Paper Packet for both cards.  This is one of my favorite paper packets.  I love how you can use the same paper packets and create very different cards.
