Hello friends! How are
you? It has been a crazy busy time. I have not been able to get
time for me lately. I thought retirement from a job would give me lots of
time; but I seem to get busier as the years go by. Has anyone else experienced
this in their life? I hope you are doing well and enjoying your life.
I
created this unusual fold card; which was a lot of fun. Sometimes it is
fun to just try something new. I hope you enjoy it. This card is called a "book cover" by some and other names with others. The
left side of the card is actually glued down; so the right side flap is all
that opens. I thought it was an interesting card.
Here is a video created by Lynn Dunn with Stampin' Up; using this Book Binding card technique. I have seen other videos; but this is the one I used to create this card. Just use the measurements and create your own cards the way you like them.
Today is the last day of the CTMH Double Sided Cardstock sale. The cardstock cuts easily in any cutting machine. I love it and think you will too. CTMH is closing and consultant websites will be going away April 30, 2024. If shopping for anything else, it is easier to look online and scroll through. Some items show "Coming April" and others are retired; so you can easily see which items are still available.
