4th card for Virtual Card Club - Using Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge

Hello everyone!! I have been very busy this week creating cards and getting things ready for my card club.  This card base was created using the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge.  I love this card base from the AP cart!!  It is so cute!  I liked creating the inside of the card from the outside.  I matched the border on the front with the shape on the inside and then framed it with another great Pemberley paper to match the butterflies.

I used the paper from Workshops On The Go - Pemberley to create this card. All the shapes including the card base were created with the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge. The stamp set is from CTMH "A Tree" as were all the others in this months Virtual Card Club.

A Closer View of the Inside

All four of my cards for the first month of my Virtual Card Club are completed now.  I am pleased with the way they turned out.  Two were created using the Lucy Paper Packet and two were created using the Pemberley paper from Workshops On The Go - Pemberley.  This kit contains a great stamp set; which is one of my favorites.  July is the last month this Workshop On The Go will be available; so buy it while you can.  We were told the Pemberley Paper Packet will still be available in August; but not the Workshops On The Go - Pemberley.

Card #3 for Virtual Card Club

Hello readers, bloggers and creators!!! I hope you are having a wonderful day!!  I am excited because I finished my last two cards for my card club.  I can't wait to share them with you.  I have been watching DVDs for techniques and for different types of cards; so I decided to make a tri-fold card.  I got the idea for the layers of this tri-fold from another consultant friend of mine, Dawn Montagano.  She used a butterfly on the front of her card; so I decided it should work for a male card using the tree.  I love this tree and the butterflies.

I used the beautiful Pemberley Paper from the "Workshops On The Go - Pemberley"; which features one of my favorite stamp sets.  (I used the stamp set on my Mother's Day card - check older posts.) This paper can be used for both male and female.  There is also a floral paper in this packet.  I found out it is harder to create cards for males than for females. I only used one butterfly so this could be used as a card for a male.  The inside could be stamped with butterflies, parts of the tree, hearts, or anything else with a message. I left it empty so it could be used for male or female.  This is double-sided paper and is heavy like card stock.  Cuts very nicely with my Cricut.  I used my Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge to cut the different shapes used on this card.

The 4th card will be coming soon and then I will provide a picture for all 4 cards together; so you can get a better idea of what is included with the Virtual Card Club for the first month.  The 4th card is one of the cards from the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge; which has 100 cards featured on it.  I will be using at least one a month in the Virtual Card Club.
Don't forget June is buy 2 get 1 free stamp sets.  Take advantage of this sale!! It only happens once in a while.  I was told it was 2 years ago since the last one.  CTMH stamp sets are high quality stamps and stamp very clear and easy to read.  I love them; which is one of the reasons I joined this wonderful company.  I purchased the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge and fell in love with it, the stamp sets and the company.

Virtual Card Club - 2nd Card - A Tree using Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge

Hi everyone!! Here is the 2nd card using CTMH A tree stamp set for my July card club.  I love the CTMH Lucy paper packet; so I decided to use it again.  I cut all the shapes using my Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge.  I love this cartridge and use it for most of the cards that I create.  It is so versatile.

Check out my new Virtual Card Club.  Each month you will receive all the pieces including die cuts and embellishments to create your own greeting cards using a specific CTMH stamp set.  You  may choose a different stamp set of equal value or choose a higher price stamp set and pay the difference.  All you have to do is follow the simple directions without having to create the design.  I will create one card each month using the card feature of over 100 cards on the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge.

Supplies I used for this card:

Card - 6 1/2 x 5
Card stock - CTMH Daisy White for the sentiment and the tree stamp
Strip at bottom - CTMH Lucy Paper Packet
Stamp set - CTMH A Tree

Sentiment and Butterfly ink -  CTMH Cotton Candy
Glitter - for the butterflies

I apologize in advance if I didn't follow the number of challenge limitations on the blogs I have entered.  I find it difficult to find the rules at times and it is very time consuming trying to read the rules for all the challenges before you enter them.  This is supposed to be fun for all of us and it doesn't make sense to have limitations on how many challenges you can enter in order to post your project to that challenge.  It is free publicity for the blogs!! How can that be a bad thing?  I appreciate all of the challenges and am grateful for all of them.

Mojo Monday Hello Card with Lucy paper and Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge

Hello to all my fellow bloggers, readers and creators.  I just got home from vacation and was so ready to create something for all of you.  I created a card for Mojo Monday 244Try Stampin On Tuesday; Feeling Sketchy  and Tuesday Morning Sketches.  I love these sketches and they are so easy to follow.  I love taking the elements of a sketch and mixing them up.

I am starting a card club in July; and this is my first card for the card club.  Check out my card club and email me to join as soon as possible.  I need a head count so I can start cutting all the pieces for your cards.  It should be so much fun!!  You will enjoy a new stamp set each month as well as 4 new cards to create and send to friends and family.  See Card Club tab for more information.  If you own that months stamp set I am using; you may choose another stamp set of equal value or choose a higher priced one and pay the difference.  CTMH consultants are also welcome to join my card club.  Email me at purpleglocreations@socal.rr.com for details.

I chose Lucy Paper Packet for this card using CTMH A Tree stamp set.  I love CTMH stamps sets.  They are so reasonably priced and stamp clear and precise.  I still make mistakes sometimes but that is my fault, not the stamps fault.  This is a close up view of the tree stamp with the butterfly and the sentiment.  These are all part of this stamp set.

Don't forget to take advantage of June Stampaganza - Buy 2 and get 1 free!!

I decided to turn the following three sketches around and use different shapes; but the basics are all there.

Thanks to all the wonderful people who create these sketches and all the terrific challenges.  We appreciate the opportunity to create and to share as an inspiration to others.
