Birthday Side Step Card Using CTMH Dream Pop Paper and Cricut Artiste Cartridge

DT Project For Tammy's Scrapin Corner Challenge #63 -Theme Pink And Girly
With Sparkle

Hi all my fellow crafters and readers!  I hope this finds everyone well.  We have been having hot weather in Southern CA with temperatures one day of 103 degrees.  I wasn't ready for summer yet; but maybe it will cool down before it really decides to stay hot.  It cooled down for a few days now; but warming back up again.

It is another fabulous week at Tammy's Scrapin Corner Challenge #63 -Theme Pink And Girly With Sparkle.  Our sponsors this week are Eureka Stamps and Delicious Doodles with some lovely Digi Stamps for prizes.  Be sure to visit their websites for the incredible Digi Stamps.  Don't forget to view all of the great creations by the DT and leave a lovely compliment for everyone.  We love compliments.

If you would like to be a Guest Designer on our team for a week; just add GDT behind your name when you enter you creation.  We would love for you to take a chance and see if you can win.  It is lots of fun!!

This was a fun challenge for me.  I decided to use one of the Digi stamps I own that are already colored.  I used Whoopsi Daisy Sheet Number 413 to create a birthday card for my oldest granddaughter, Vicki,  who is turning 21 yrs. old.  I thought of using a Digi of an adult; but I think these little girls are so cute for any age birthday.  This one was pink and girly; so I think she will like it.  I got carried away with all the sentiments; but the 21st birthday is such a special birthday that I couldn't choose just one.  LOL.

I created another side step card.  I love this type of card.  I used the new CTMH Dream Pop paper for this card!  I love this paper and can't get enough of it.  It has very bold and vibrant colors; which I love.  If you want one of these paper packets; be sure to purchase $35 and you can own it for only $10 - but only in the month of May.  Click here to visit my CTMH website to place your order.

Friend Card Using CTMH Chantilly Paper With Cricut Art Philosophy and Cricut Artiste Cartridges

DT Project For Tammy's Scrapin Corner Challenge #58 -  Anything Goes For Spring Has Sprung

Hi all you wonderful crafters in blog land!!   I hope everyone is having a fabulous day!!  I bought a Mac computer and I'm trying to learn how to use it before getting rid of my Windows based PC.  I have been having so many problems with my current computer and it is only about 2 years old.  I had heard that a Mac was so much better; so I hope everyone is right.   It is a great machine; but it takes time to learn new things and sometimes I don't have the patience for it.  LOL!!

I am excited that it is another fabulous week at Tammy's Scrapin Corner - Challenge #58 - Anything Goes For Spring Has Sprung.  Be sure to check out all the fabulous creations by the DT.  Our sponsors this week are Eureka Stamps and SK Digis.  Our Guest DT this week is Rachel Taylor.  Drop by her blog to see her beautiful creations.  If you would like to be a Guest Designer on Tammy's Scrapin Corner, just add GDT behind your name when you enter your creation.  We would love for you to take a chance.

I decided this week to use one of the adorable Whoopsi Daisy images - Daisy - from the Daisy and Friends CD by Joanna Sheen.  I love this CD as it has a choice of colored images as well as plain ones so you can color them whatever you would like.  I have had it for several months and couldn't wait to use it.  The green matched perfectly with CTMH Chantilly paper pack.  I love the green and yellow together.  It has a touch of blue in it; but I chose to focus on the green and yellow only.  A tutorial for this "Side Step Card" by Norma is found here.  I changed mine with the smaller piece on the left side and made it 2 inches on one side and 4 inches on the other side.

Birthday Card Using Cricut Artiste Cartridge

Hi to all you creative people!  I have been playing with my new Circut Artiste Collection.  I love the doilies on this cartridge; so I decided to play with them on this card.  I created this Birthday card for my granddaughter Lana.  This little girl reminds me so much of her.  She will be 10 years old; so I hope this isn't too young for her.  This is a Whoopsi Daisy girl I purchased several months ago; but didn't know how to use Digi stamps at that time.  This is only my second Digi stamp that I have colored.  I am still learning to use Copic markers.
