All Occasion Card Using CTMH Ivy Lane, CTMH Lollydoodle Papers and Cricut Art Philosophy

DT Project for The Squirrel and The Fox - Challenge 65 - Autumn or Spring

Hello fellow crafters and readers.  I know everyone is looking forward to Spring.  It has arrived here in Southern CA; so I hope it makes it to your area soon.  Wed. was a good day for me.  I was actually migraine free for a day; but I had pain in my neck, shoulders and joints.  I know a lot of people who deal with pain every day; and I really feel for them; because I understand how it is hard to get anything done when you don't feel good.  But on to happier things!

I have been reading so much about the Cricut Explore, watching the videos; and asking my husband what he thought of it; when he finally told me to "Just Buy It".  LOL!  So; I did.  I ordered it last night on HSN with several Anna Griffin specials included with it; before he could change his mind.  I am getting excited.  I didn't think I wanted it until I saw videos and heard from friends how awesome it was.  I am hoping it will teach me how to design something first and then put it together.  I normally create as I go; so I do not know if that will change or not.  It might just be my personal style; that can't be changed.  I do know that having a library of all the images I own at my fingertips; should make it easier to find things with the Cricut Explore.  I really don't know what images I have.

I am entering this card into the Path Of Positivity Challenge - Thoughtfulness.  Our lives are busier than ever and I think we all need to be reminded to take time to stop and smell the flowers. The sentiment inside is all about wishing someone a wonderful life of flowers and songbirds serenading them. I love flowers and I love listening to the birds sing. What a wonderful gift to have those two things in your life. And of course, the little mouse is just so cute with his bouquet of flowers. LOL! I loved the post that Pat wrote "Ponderings Along The Way" on March 7th and the fabulous article from the father to his daughter.
