All Occasion Card Using Conie Fong "Princess Molly"

Hello friends!   How are you?  Has anyone had time to craft?  I know most of the regular schools are out for the summer; so now you have to figure out how to keep the kids occupied, right?  That is a big challenge; especially for mothers also working outside the home.  Have a safe summer and enjoy your children while they will still spend time with you.  

I created this card using Conie Fong "Princess Molly".  Isn't she sweet?  She comes with and without a balloon.  I love this precious image and she is on sale for a reduced price on Etsy.  Click on her name to take you directly to the store site.   This image could be used for anyone at any age; or for any occasion.

All Occasion Card Using Ching-Chou Kuik "Peony Dawn"

Hello friends!  I hope everyone is doing well.  I know the United States is having really weird weather; with a snowstorm, freezing rain in Wisconsin and Tornado's in Arkansas.  We are having temps ranging from low's in 40's to highs in 90's in Southern CA.  So strange.  Please stay safe.

I finally had time to color this new stunning image created by Ching-Chou Kuik  "Peony Dawn".  Isn't she beautiful?  This is only my second CCK Grayscale image; and it is fun to try something new.  It is also nerve wracking at times when you step out of your comfort zone; which I did big time with this one.  I just had to go with whatever happened as I chose the colors.  

I have three favorite colors that are at the top of my list and they are Purple/lavenders; Yellows and pinks of all shades.  After that would have to be blue greens/teals and then peach colors.  I hope you enjoy my creation and it gives you some inspiration to try something out of your comfort zone.  I wanted a Magical and Ethereal feel to my card; and I think I have achieved that.  

Be sure to look at the inside of the card; since the outside doesn't show you much of the patterned paper; which is also inside.  It has a lot of interesting colors; which I tried to select as my color choices. (Which included my favorites)
