Thinking Of You Cards Using CTMH Swan Lake Paper Pack

Hello friends!  How is everyone doing?  I hope you are having a fabulous year so far and enjoying time to craft.  Crafting is my sanity.  I don't really know what I would do without it.  LOL!

I wanted to show you how quick and easy card making can be when using some of the two Picture My Life (PML) pages of paper that comes with all of our regular paper packs.  I trimmed this PML card to fit an A2 size card; added a sentiment and ribbon; gluing it to CTMH Poppy Cardstock.  I didn't color this first one; but I did color the second one.  I wanted to see which one I preferred.  I actually like both of them.  Which one do you like the best?  Colored or not colored?  Thanks so much for your opinion.

Thinking Of You Card Using CTMH Swan Lake Paper Pack

Hello friends!  We are planning our vacation and hoping we are able to go this year.  Say a prayer for us.  It is a challenge to take a trip with my allergies to smells.  It appears that most hotel chains have a lot of air fresheners that add a strong smell to the air all over the buildings on a regular basis.  They also use laundry detergents with a strong smell.  I can't breathe with any smells; so it does make planning a vacation a big challenge.

We go to Branson, MO once a year and stay in a condo; while we visit family in the area. We went several months ago.  The staff are wonderful and do their best to make it smell free for me.  We haven't been on a vacation for several years other than Branson; so I decided we had to try it again. 

I bought some of the new papers from CTMH and wanted to create a few cards.  This is one that I created using one of the Picture My Life Cards that come with the CTMH Swan Lake paper pack. All I had to do was cut the card down a little and add it to a card base.  I then stamped the front sentiment with Versa mark ink and used embossing powder. For some reason, it smeared a little.  I love this sweet image.  We also have a stamp set and dies to match this paper pack. The stamp set is sold alone or as a bundle with the dies.  You can see it on a previous post.

Hello friends.  How is everyone doing?  I can't believe it is September already.  What happened to our summer?  I will be happy for it to cool off a little bit and get rid of all of this over 100 temperatures we keep having here in Southern CA.  

I created this card using CTMH Thankful for You Thin Cuts Bundle, Z4007; which includes the stamp set and thin cuts to match.  I love these sets; and we have several different ones to try.  They cut so easily and are so much fun for creating cards and/or scrapbook pages.
