Love Cards Using Cricut Artfully Sent

Hello friends.  I hope everyone is doing well.  We have had awesome spring weather here in Southern CA.  I was finally able to get out for a bike ride last Wednesday.  It rained today; and cooled down; which is nice too.  

I am a little slow on posting my cards I created last year; because I have been having a lot of pain.  I already had this blog done; except for this part and the challenges.  I thought I would post another one of my past creations.  It may take me a few days to get that done.  I can only stay on the computer about 30 min. at a time.  

I used my Cricut Artfully Sent cartridge to create both of these cards.  I gave both of these to my mother in December.  Aren't they cute?  They were so quick and easy.  I love this cartridge.  So many cute cards to choose from; which is good; since I have been trying to give my mother a card every week or two.

I didn't add anything to the first card; since I didn't want to cover anything up and loved it just as it is.  I forgot to take a picture of the inside of Card 2 and I gave it to my mother last month.  Oops.  I did create a sentiment inside that said "I love you".

Friend Card Using CTMH Pemberley Paper, Cricut Artbooking and DS4J Congo Drums, Sitting Pretty

New Releases for DS4J 

Hi Blogland!  I have had 3 days migraine free; so I am very excited.  That may sound strange to some of you who don't have migraines; but it is a very big deal for me.  I think having a craft room full of plastic smells, new papers, cardstock and new stamp sets; have all been causing me to have headaches and brain fog.  

I moved all of the items that have an odor into another room; which can only be temporary.  I can't leave them there; because it is my step-sons room.  I tried airing them outside; but they picked up barbecue smells.  My husband tried cleaning the plastic with fresh lemons; but that was only a temporary fix.  Now; I am running two diffusers with a pure oil in that room; hoping to change the plastic smells.  It seems to be helping.  I have to do a group at a time of the stamp sets; so this is going to take me a while.  I also have a diffuser going in my craft room while I am in the room. 

It is time for Digi Stamps 4 Joy New Release of Digi Stamps.  DS4J has new releases every Sunday on the DS4J blog; so be sure to check them out.  I have used two of the new release stamps and merged them into one Digi scene.  I thought they looked good together.  I am using "Conga Drums" and "Sitting Pretty".

All Occasion Card Using CTMH Pemberley Paper and Cricut Artiste

Hello to all of you beautiful people!  I am so happy to have time to create and to share with you.  It is truly a blessing to have all of you as my followers and readers!!  I love to see your creations as well.  I would love to offer challenges someday; but I don't feel I am ready for that yet. 

 

One of the things I love the most is to create cards to give to others.  I hope the receivers feel as much joy in receiving them as I do in creating them.  I think it is important to show our appreciation for the people in our lives as much as possible. 

 

I created these 3 cards several months ago and used them as Thank You cards for my CTMH customers.  I used CTMH Pemberley retired paper that I love.  This is one of my absolute favorites and I wish I had purchased more of it than I did.  It's always a hard decision to make because there are so many papers that I love and I don't have room to store so many.  You never know what the next group of papers is going to look like.  I hope you enjoy my creations.

Birthday Card using Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge and Pemberley Paper Packet

Hello to all you wonderful creators!!  I hope everyone is having a fantastic day!!  It is going to be nice in Sunny CA today; but gradually getting warmer every day this week.  I have out of town guests this week; but they are in San Diego for a few days.  I decided I better get something created before they get back.   

I created a birthday card that can be used for male or female.  I used the Pemberley paper packet; which has a lot of wonderful pattern choices for this Mojo Monday 250 card.  It was a little bit of a challenge for me with all these layers.  I needed a lot of different colors/patterns and using one of CTMH paper packets does make it easier; but this card has a lot of layers and shapes.  It was fun and I was up for the challenge.  This paper packet will still be available in our new August Idea Book for anyone who is wanting to purchase.
