Hello friends! I hope everyone had a fabulous Thanksgiving for those of you who celebrate it in your country. We had a nice quiet day and then celebrated with family and friends on Friday evening. I ate too much and I have a lot of left overs; but they will be eaten over time. LOL! Sometimes left overs are as good as, if not better than the original food.
I had time to create another card the past two days. It may appear simple; but even these take me a couple days to figure out paper, Copic colors, dies, etc. I hated to cover this gorgeous paper; but the card didn't look finished until I added the dies.
I created this card to be entered in Ching-Chou Kuik "Christmas/Fireworks" Blog Challenge. I used this Pre-colored Ching-Chou Kuik "Northern Blessing" image; but I colored her completely to make her my own. I think it is a bigger challenge sometimes to color something that is partially colored than one that is just black and white. You have to try and match the colors that are already there; plus find paper that matches as well.
I would not have normally put these colors of blue together; but that was the colors I had to work with; and I thought they looked really good together once I finished the card. It is interesting what we believe that goes together until someone challenges us to think outside the box.

She looks awesome without adding any color; but I loved coloring her.
