Art by Miran Rose Garden Whimsy Rubber Stamp Using Cricut Artiste Cartridge

Hello friends.  I hope everyone is doing well.  I was in MO for 10 days and then came home.  I find it is very challenging to go on a vacation or any type of trip; because I am really out of it when I get home.  It takes me at least a week, sometimes more to acclimate and to get back in my routine.  It felt good to finally get time to craft again.  I miss not being able to craft when I go anywhere.  Does anyone else have that problem when they come back home from any trip?  I feel like I am in a daze; and it takes me longer to get things done than it normally would.  LOL!

It is time for another Art by Miran Facebook Anything Goes challenge.  I decided to use this beautiful Art by Miran Rose Garden - Whimsy Rubber Stamp.  Isn't she pretty?  I fell in love with her and had to create something with her.  Whimsy stamps are so perfect every time you use them.  They stamp very well and very clear.  I use Memento ink for my rubber and clear stamps and it works very well.  It won't smear or bleed when you try to color it. Other inks I have tried smear and look terrible when you try to color them.

Here is a picture of my card.  I hope you like it.  I had to use the pink and yellow together.  I tried to stay away from blonde hair; using browns; and still ended up having the hair color too close in color to the yellow in the flowers.  LOL!

Digi Stamps 4 Joy Challenge 101 - Anniversary

Hi everyone reading this.  I so appreciate you stopping by my blog.  I hope you are all doing well.  My husband took his family to San Francisco on Sat; so they will be home shortly.  I am trying to get this post done before they arrive.  I am use to the quiet; not use to having people here day and night.  It is quite an adjustment; plus the issues with my smell problem, too.

I had a few days to myself; with lots of peace and quiet.  I didn't do much crafting; because I was working on drawing names for the 28 prizes I am giving away on my blog celebration; which just ended Sept. 30th.  I finished the drawings and the post completed; so now I need to notify people and ship out the CTMH and other prizes for the US winners.  I forgot how much work it is to do all of this.  LOL!  I love giving things away; so it has been fun!   Check out the winners list by clicking here; and if your name is on it; please email me at purpleglocreations (at) socal (dot) rr (dot) com to claim your prize.

It is time for the DS4J Mid-Challenge 101 Anniversary.  I chose these adorable owls; which are DS4J Owl Always Love You.  They are so adorable!  I love owls and they seem to be very popular right now.
