CTMH Decorative Pumpkin Tutorial For You Using Falling For You Paper Pack

Hello friends!  I hope everyone is doing well.  My heart has been breaking for all of the people who have been hurt or lost loved ones in the Las Vegas shooting.  Our country really needs help right now; with so many people causing so much pain through the use of guns.  Plus all the natural disasters happening around the world.  It is heartbreaking.  I have shed many tears over these losses.

I want to continue to bring you ideas and things that will cheer you; despite all of the turmoil affecting our country at this time.  I try to help where I can; but I try to focus on the good that I see in the world; rather than the negative.   It is hard to do that at times like these.

This is a tutorial created by CTMH; that I wanted to share here for you to enjoy.

CTMH Decorative Pumpkins for Autumn

Click here for the instructions to create these adorable pumpkins.

They can be used for lots of fruits and other items as well.

Per CTMH tutorial - "These adorable decorative pumpkins are the perfect project for you and your friends to craft up in preparation for autumn. They are simple to assemble, easy to customize, and will make the space they occupy in your home that much cozier.

As you share this pumpkin trio with family or a group of friends, turn it into a workshop! Our project uses shapes and papers to make pumpkins, but feel free to get creative and use this technique to create other symmetrical fruits or veggies (like apples, pears, oranges, etc) any time year!"

Happy Birthday Using Ching-Chou Kuik "Autumn Trio" and CTMH Falling For You Paper

Hello friends.  It has been too hot to do anything here in Southern CA.  We have had temperatures over 110 every day; with no relief in sight at this time.  I am very worried about our Feral cats.  I don't know how they survive in this heat.  I would let them in our home; if they would come inside; but they are too fearful to do that.

I had so much fun coloring this sweet image.  I forget how much I love coloring animals; until I do it.  LOL!  This one turned out so pretty with all the different colors of fall.  If you follow me; then you know that I rarely use grays, golds, oranges, browns, etc.  Although, I have been using it more; since our CTMH new double sided cardstock has arrived.  I was drawn to this image this month; to match my new CTMH "Falling For You" paper.

I am using Ching-Chou Kuik "Autumn Trio"; which is part of a set of 4 gorgeous digital stamps.  It is time for another fabulous challenge at Ching-Chou Kuik; with the topic of Fall/Fall Colors/Pumpkins for our September Challenge. I love fall; although we don't have much of a fall in Southern CA.  It is one of my favorite times of the year; as it cools down and the leaves start to change.  It is always gorgeous to see the leaves with their magnificent colors.
