Christmas Card Using CTMH Cricut Season Of Joy Digital Cartridge

Hello friends!   I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas.  It is still Christmas day here; but I am taking a little break from it all.  LOL!  Sometimes it is just overwhelming.  

I created this card for my great-granddaughter, Kopper Rayne; as it is her first Christmas.  I used our new CTMH Season Of Joy Cricut Cartridge.  It is so much fun to create with this cartridge.

Christmas Card Using CTMH Cricut Season Of Joy Digital Cartridge

Hello friends!   How are you doing?  I know a lot of USA is cold and has been having snow and ice this past week.  Crazy weather, right?   It sure feels like Winter in Southern CA; even though it is much colder in other areas.  

I have been trying to find time to create with this new CTMH Cricut Season Of Joy Digital Cartridge and finally found the time to get it done.  It is only available through Dec 2018 or while supplies last.  

I had planned on using it for more Christmas cards; but as usual, I got sidetracked.  LOL!  Here is the reason I bought this cartridge.  It is a 3D Christmas card; which I am in love with.  LOL!  I hope you enjoy it.

I created a video on how to create this 3D card after it is cut from the Cricut Design Space.  I later decided to add a piece of white cardstock behind the main card base, mostly to give it more support.  It works either way; but I like it with white behind it.  If you create this card using Glitter cardstock; you will need heavy duty tape like Crafters Companion double sided Red liner tape; as others I tried would not stick with the glitter layer.  Click here for the link to my video.  See below.  Video within this post also.

In the video, I mentioned using CTMH Carolina cardstock; but it is actually the CTMH Bluebird reverse side (lighter) of cardstock.  All our cardstock is darker color on one side and the lighter color on the other side; which gives you a total of 80 colors plus white and black.  Click here to order this Cricut Cartridge.

The card is at an angle so you can see the 4 layers of the 3D card.  The blue cardstock behind the card is there so the white card will show up.  It is not part of the card.
