Encouragement Card Using Sweet Pea Tickled Pink Digi & CTMH Brushed Paper

Hello friends.  I hope everyone is doing well.  It is going to be over 91 degrees today.  Can you believe it?  It is only April.  I really hope that isn't an indication of the heat this summer. Our weather in the US has been very strange for several years.  It is feast or famine when it comes to the rain/snow.

I finally found time to create with my Sweet Pea "Tickled Pink" digi; that was free for entering their Progressive challenge on their Facebook group.  Be sure to check it out.  Join the group first and then find their challenges under Photos.  If you enter the Progressive challenge each month; you will receive the featured digi.  This one was created by Lynne Stansbery - Tickled Pink.  Isn't she precious?

If you have been following my blog; you may have seen that three of my grandkids are coming to see us the end of May.  I have been sending them cards for a count down before they fly out here.  I decided to use this one for the 10 day card.  I am "Tickled Pink" that they are coming and can't wait to take them to Disneyland for their very first time.  It will be so much fun!

Sympathy Card Using CTMH Blossom Paper, Cricut Artiste and Cricut Art Philosophy cartridges

DS4J  New Release 

Hello friends.  It is time for another DS4J New Release.  We have some gorgeous new creations for you.  We also have a new challenge; which will last till the end of April; so buy some of the new release digi stamps and enter our Sketch challenge for a chance to win $10 in free digis from the DS4J store.  There is still a chance to win with other digis; but the grand prize is limited to DS4J digis.  

I have chosen to create a Sympathy card for a childhood friend of mine; using DS4J Fantasy Tulips.  Aren't they gorgeous! I made three sets of the flowers for my card; which I think turned out pretty good.  I am in love with our new CTMH Blossom paper.  I can't get enough of these orange and green colors together.  There are several other patterned pages with this set; but I seem to be stuck on using these two patterns.  I have to buy more; because I used all of those sheets already. LOL!

I also used some of my ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  I joined their a ribbon club; so I receive a new package of ribbon each month.  I don't think you can ever have enough ribbon. LOL!
