All Occasion Card Using CTMH Sweet Hummingbird Stamp & Thin Cuts

Hello Friends! I have been having fun creating cards and I hope you are having time to create or do something that you enjoy.

Please stay safe and wear a mask if you can.  It could help to save you or someone else's life.  Please ignore the crazy rumors and lies that are being told that the masks are going to make you sick.  If that was true, do you think the medical profession would be wearing them every day at work; all over the world; prior to this outbreak?  Not if it made them sicker.  And do social distancing for the sake of others, if not for yourself.

Thank you to all of you who are having to work at this scary time.  I appreciate you very much.  My husband has to do all the shopping at this time; due to I am high risk and can't go out.  I worry about him as well; as he is over age 65 yrs; as I am.  It is an uncertain time for everyone; so please stay safe and do your best to keep others safe.

I am obsessed with this CTMH Sweet Hummingbird Stamp & Thin Cuts.  I just can't get enough of them. There are so many ways you can use this set.  I tried to create a similar card like the one on page 24 of our current Idea book; but it doesn't really look like it.  I decided to create a second one; so here it is.  I had a lot of fun making two being creative with the background.

Multi-Fold Card For Any Occasion Using Cricut Artiste Cartridge

Hello to everyone who reads this blog post.  I am happy to be able to show you another creation of mine using the Cricut Artiste Cartridge.  I completed this about a month ago before vacation; but haven't had time to do the post for it.  I struggled with making this card.  I saw this several months ago and really wanted to try it; but it was harder than I thought it would be.  Try it for fun the first time with paper that you don't mind practicing with.

I found the tutorial for this card posted by Marianne at http://stampartic.blogspot.com/2010/11/folding-card-tutorial.html.  It can be used for any occasion.  I plan to try it again sometime when I have more time.  I hope you enjoy this card.  I had a challenge with the heart border on the outside as it tore very easily.  I purchased a couple others to try for the next time.  Scroll down for a copy of the two from the tutorial.  I think they look so elegant.

I left the middle blank as I haven't decided what to use for the sentiment yet.

Anniversary Card Using Quick Cards - Butterfly and Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge

Hi all you beautiful people!!  Don't you just love crafting?  I am having so much fun since I started doing scrapbooking and card making.  It satisfies my need to create and to be part of something bigger than me.

I created an anniversary card using my new CTMH "Quick Cards - Butterfly stamp" I  purchased in June.  I love this stamp set.  It is one piece and includes the sentiment - " Love as delicate as a butterfly's wings; as strong as the circle of life."  It can be used for many occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, thank you card, valentine card and so much more.   I have seem many cards created with it using only the butterfly or only the sentiment or both; which I plan to try as well.

Don't forget to check out my Virtual Card Club where everything is sent to your home to create beautiful cards. Tell your friends or give it as a gift for someone you love. They will be thrilled. Check out the details under the Virtual Card Club tab at the top of the page. Here is a picture of the first 4 cards created for my card club. Thanks for stopping by today.  I hope my card provided you with some inspiration.  I guess you can tell I love butterflies and I also love yellow.  This was an easy card to make; but I was trying to use sponge daubers to color the stamp and I am not very good at it.  This was the best I could do until further practice.

This would be a great month for anyone interested in purchasing the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge because you will get a free paper packet (Choose your favorite paper packet - see list under Specials tab and order on that date.), coordinating accessory and you can have the July Stamp Of The Month for only $5.  What a deal.   A lot of goodies for purchasing the AP cartridge this month.  That is a savings of approximately $35 besides the already reduced savings on the AP cart.
Have a fantastic day!  Remember - Keep On Creating!!!

All Occassion Card Using Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge

Hello everyone!! I have been wanting to create a white and black card for months; but couldn't seem to get the right combination until today.  I love this card base created with the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge.  Of course, I had to add butterflies and a dragonfly.  The white didn't show up well with a white background so I chose this yellow with blue under the card.  I think it helps a little.  I love this Bugaboo Digi Silhouette  stamp with the darling little hummingbirds and flowers.  I had to find a way to use it.

Same card with white background.  Which one looks better or makes the white card features easier to see?  You decide and let me know under comment section.  Thanks.

I tried about 15 different backgrounds and several ribbons before I found the combination that worked for me with this digi stamp.  I also tried several different sized cards and cuts.  I hope you receive inspiration from this card.  The pearls are pure white; but for some reason in these pictures they look off white.

One week left in our June - Buy 2 get 1 free acrylic stamp sale.  Also, don't forget the stamp of the month which is Life Is Tweet for only $5 with a purchase of $50.  Don't forget to check out my Card Club!!  Tell a friend about the card club and make someone very happy!!
