Hello friends! How are you? The temperatures are rising again here in Southern CA. We had a couple cooler days; but it is heating up again. I love the fall; so I am excited about having it cool down. My favorite temperature here is in the 60's.
I have been trying to catch up with finishing cards I started and didn't finish. I love the creative process of selecting an image, coloring if needed, selecting the sentiment for the outside if it is a mini slimline, finding papers and cardstock to match. The part I don't like is selecting the sentiment for the inside and gluing everything together. If I know who is receiving the card; then it is much easier to select the sentiment for the inside.
I love this sweet Fred She Said "Dragonfly Flower Doodledallion precolored set". It also includes the flowers without the dragonfly and has a lot of options for using your creativity. You can also find this set in black and white; so you can color it yourself. I can't color like I want; so I am using precolored digital images a lot more for my cards.

CTMH is out of business now; so my part as a CTMH consultant ended April 30, 2024. I will continue using their products for as long as I have supplies. They are still my favorite products and I will always have a place for them in my crafting and in my heart.
Glad to hear it’s cooling off a bit Gloria. That’s always nice for fall. I love your mini Slimline card. I can see why you like their images. It is colored beautifully in that blue. I too have thought about making some cards but not putting a sentiment on them and that way I can customize them more when I need to. Your sentiment and the sentiment on the inside is really nice. “ Just For You” is a sentiment that can really go a long way. Thanks so much for playing along with us at Word Art Wednesday. We really appreciate you!
