Hello friends. We are hoping for some rain in CA. I heard that we may be out of water in one year. I wonder what will happen at that time. We are researching what to do to help with the shortage. They are now starting to fine people; including businesses. I think they are forcing businesses in CA to change their landscaping to one that uses less water. CA has always been known for their gorgeous lawns, flowers, shrubs, etc. A lot of people have already let theirs either die or they have converted them to rocks, cacti or plants that require less water. It is so sad. Be happy you have rain and snow wherever you live. That means you will still have water.
I created this card for Imagine That Digis by Kris using "My Sailmate" digi set. There is a progressive challenge each month. If you purchase the first one at a discount; enter in the challenge, you get next month's set free. Her digis contain black and white images; as well as colored ones. They also have embellishments and/or sentiments included. I made this card using just images on this set. There was also a little girl and boy; which I didn't use.
I created this card for both my sister, Alice and her husband, Kenny. I think it is very appropriate with what they are going through. They are the main caretakers for my mother; who just got home from the nursing home about a month ago; ended up back in the hospital for 4 days and is now home again. It is very challenging taking care of elderly parents; and my sister isn't well herself. I feel very blessed that she lives there; and wish I lived closer to help out. I do the best I can over the phone, consulting with her anytime day or night. They are also caretakers for his elderly parents. They have their hands full with their parents and they are very active in their church.

Click here for a link to Imagine That Progressive Challenge for April. You still have time to enter before the end of the month. Also, scroll down to see the complete stamp set. I forgot to look at her free papers and other images to match this set. I just saw them; and wished I had used some of those papers. I thought this paper matched pretty good. It reminded me of bubbles under the water; but I think Kris's paper was better. I will have to remember this next month. She usually has freebies to go with her set for the month.
