again. Unfortunately, it isn't over. Please stay safe. Many countries are having their 3rd wave of COVID and there are more new COVID variants each day; which is another reason to get vaccinated if you can.
I
created this birthday card using the current CTMH Stars & Sparklers Cardmaking Workshop Kit.
The stamp and thin cuts set was on back order; so I used another stamp set that
I had; which is similar; but not the same. I love this kit and the
sentiments; plus the balloons were different and had more strings and choices
with thin cuts to match.
