Dreamin Card Using Art By Miran Tania, CTMH Blossom Paper and Several Cricut Cartridges

Hello friends.  I am back again from sunny CA.  I hope everyone is having a wonderful Mother's Day.  I am not sure which countries celebrate Mother's Day and which ones don't. I will get to see my mother in a few weeks; but not today.  My husband took me out to eat on Thursday; so we wouldn't have to deal with the crowds on Mother's Day.  

I finished creating my last card to give my grandkids before their trip to CA.  If you have been following my blog; then you have probably seen all the others.  It has been fun creating these cards; trying to keep their excitement going.  It was over 60 days when I sent their invitation; which makes it hard to keep the momentum going.  This one is "Pack Your Bags" card.  I had to use several Cricut Disney cartridges on it.  

I sent them a Disney map with their 10 day card.  I thought I would build up the momentum even more with that one.  I figured they could plan their entire day before they ever get here.  It will make it easier for all of us if they do.  LOL!  I think their mother is going to wring my neck; because it has been a lot of excitement to deal with for over 2 months.  LOL!  

I found the perfect image for this - Art By Miran Tania.  Isn't she cute?  She is reading her flight information and getting ready for her trip to CA.  We are taking the kids to Disneyland, to the beach and to an Aquarium; so all of these images go with the activities we have planned while they are here.  I think I am more excited than they are.  LOL!

Cricut Explore Videos - Using Cricut Artfully Sent - Two Different Swing Cards

Hello friends.  We are actually having our winter weather now in Southern CA.  We are hoping for rain tonight and tomorrow; with snow in our mountains.  Awesome!  I have always loved the rain; but even more since I moved to CA; because it rarely rains here.  I lived in Florida for 8 yrs. and it rained all the time.  Now I pray for some of that rain to help us get out of this drought we are having.  

Several people have requested videos using our CTMH Cricut cartridges with the new Cricut Explore; so I created two new videos for you.  These videos are actual videos using the Cricut Explore on camera; so you can actually see how it is done.  I demonstrate how to find the card/image you want, resize it, ungroup images, add text for cutting/and or writing, how to attach to image, change colors, move images around on the mat to cut several colors in one mat and more.  I hope this helps those of you who are just starting or struggling with getting started.

Friendship Card Using CTMH Taste Of Summer Paper - Available May Only

Hello friends.  I have been having fun creating with our new Taste of Summer Paper.    I decided to create using two different sheets of paper.  They both have fruit on the other side; which you can view on my last two posts.  I had this new Sizzix doily that I wanted to play with.  LOL!    Purple and yellow are my favorite color combination; but they are very hard to photograph.  They are gorgeous in person.

Thank You Cards Using CTMH Taste of Summer Paper Pack - Part 2

Hello friends.  I finished my second set of Thank you cards today; using CTMH Taste of Summer Paper.  I love this paper pack.  It is so bright and colorful!  I used the FREE CTMH Card Workshop as a guide; but you can see I don't do well following directions; when it comes to creating.  It was fun using this paper.  I used two double sided papers for these cards; so there are still 3 new double sided papers to create with. LOL!

There is a fabulous CTMH Taste of Summer Stamp set to go with these papers; but I haven't gotten it yet.  It was not available when I ordered my 4 packs of paper.  It is available for the month of May only.  See picture below.
