CTMH Thank You Card Kit Plus Cricut Artiste and Artbooking Cartridges

Hello Friends.  It has been very nice weather here in Southern CA.  I love fall.  I am so sorry that others are having such severe weather this early in the season.  Wishing all of you a Happy Thanksgiving and a wonderful time with your families.  My husband and I are planning a quiet meal with just the two of us this year.

I finished my new "CTMH Cut Above Thank you card kit" in October (Z2063); but haven't had time to post it until now.  It comes with all the diecut pieces that you need to create ten cards; except the ink pad and stamp set.  It also includes directions to assemble the cards.

You can use any of the four sentiments in this stamp set; so you can create half with Birthday or Thank you; or whichever one you choose to create.  I chose to use the Thank you sentiment from "You Mean The World To Me".(B1467)  I use a lot of Thank you cards for my customers and I wanted to try this kit.  I don't normally like Kraft cards; but I was drawn to this kit as soon as I saw it in the new CTMH Annual Idea book.

I added several different blue borders that I cut with my Cricut Artiste cartridge. I like to do something different than what comes in my card kits.  I also created the die cuts for the inside using both the Cricut Artiste and Cricut Artbooking.  I hope you enjoy my cards.

My New Cricut Artfully Sent Creating Cards Part 1 Video

I love this new cartridge! I am sold on all of the Close To My Heart Cartridges; because they are so fabulous.  This newest one is a card lovers dream.  If you have the Cricut Explore; I think it is even more fun once you figure out how to work with it.  All the cards are in one piece.  You need to resize the entire card; change colors of the pieces by ungrouping; if you want to change them; or just click Go and figure out the colors as you change the mats.  So easy!   My Cricut Explore was a fabulous investment for me.  It has saved me so much time; and advanced my creativity to a new level.  I still like to add things to the cards sometimes; and I love changing the inside of the card to the one that I want.

Just use the square or rectangle on either the Cricut Art Philosophy or Cricut Artiste cartridge for the inside piece and add whatever you want to it.  The Art Philosophy square and rectangle have rounded corner and the Artiste has square corners.  You can also mix and match the inside pieces from other cards on this cartridge.  You just have to ungroup and click on them to hide the pieces you don't need or don't want to cut.  You can write words or cut words; depending on your preference.

Be sure to check on my sidebar for the picture of a Cricut handbook page, titled Cricut Explore Design Space.  Click the picture to find the codes to use in the Cricut Design Space for all 4 of our CTMH Cricut Cartridges.  The Cricut Art Philosophy, Cricut Artiste, Cricut Artbooking and Cricut Artfully Sent.  It is much easier to enter the codes; than searching for the individual pictures.  See the titles at the top of Narelle's page for the codes. You must enter the number sign and the full code for it to work.

If you have any questions; please contact me either by comments, email, text or phone.  I will respond to all questions.  I am here to help make creating easier for you.

Missing You Card Using Cricut Artfully Sent Cartridge with CTMH Brushed Paper

Hello Friends.  I hope everyone is feeling well and staying warm.  Our weather has cooled off quite a lot in the past few days; so hopefully we are finished with the really hot weather. We have had a lot of company lately; and the smells from clothing, hair, etc. have really caused a problem with my health.  I felt a little better this afternoon; but have been having a really rough time; especially the past week.  I was barely over my husband's family visiting for two weeks and then my family came for 11 days.  I loved having them here.  I just wish I wasn't allergic to all the smells from laundry detergent, deodorants, hair products, etc.

I created a bunch of cards in October 2014; using my new Cricut Artfully Sent Cartridge; but haven't had time to post them until recently.  I created this one for my mother.  It was my first card to actually learn how to write something besides one word with my Cricut Explore. LOL!  I am very excited now that I know how to use it.  It sure makes creating and adding sentiments so easy.  I forgot to use punctuation on it.  LOL!

To find codes to use with the Cricut Explore; click on the picture on my sidebar; that is titled Cricut Explore Design Space. Narelle created these codes; so we could find the images more easily.  Thanks Narelle. These codes make creating with your Cricut Explore and CTMH Cricut Cartridges so much easier.  Just click on Add Images on the left side of your Design Space, then make sure it says "All Images", Type in the code using the number sign and the rest of the code; then click enter.  You must own these cartridges before the codes will work.  CTMH Cricut cartridges are not part of the Design Space program; unless they are purchased from a CTMH Consultant.

Thank You Cards Using Cricut Artfully Sent and Cricut Artiste Cartridges

Hello friends.  I hope everyone is doing well.  It has been a difficult year for me with my health issues.  I hope the rest of 2014 improves for me and for anyone else who is having severe pain.  It is difficult to deal with on a daily basis.

I created these cards early in October; but haven't had time to post them.  I was playing with my Cricut Artfully Sent Cartridge and found this butterfly swing card; which I fell in love with.  I love that you can mix and match using different double sided CTMH papers to create this card.  I tried the envelopes; as well.  I was pleasantly surprised that they cut so easily and glued together so well.

I played around and was finally able to figure out how to write words on the dies using the Cricut Explore.  The Thanks on card Two is written using the Cricut Explore. This was my first time trying out the writing feature on something I created myself.   I had to call Cricut to help me; but I finally figured it out with their help.  Cricut Explore is such an awesome machine!  I am so happy I decided to buy it.

I find it easier to use codes with the Cricut Explore.  Click on the picture on my sidebar; titled Cricut Explore Design Codes; right below the dragonfly picture; which is below all the followers information.  Narelle created these codes; so we could find the images more easily.  Thanks Narelle.  These codes make creating with your Cricut Explore and CTMH Cricut Cartridges so much easier.  Just click on Add Images, All Images, Type in the code using the number sign as well, click enter.  You must own these cartridges before the codes will work. CTMH Cricut cartridges are not part of the Design Space program.

All three cards were created with the CTMH Brushed Paper Pack.  It has a variety of colors to choose from on this pack of paper.  I created an envelope for all three cards; but then used one of them to send my mother her card.
