Thinking of You/Friend Card Using Anna Griffin Garden Cards and Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridges

Hello friends.  I hope all of you are doing well.  It has been hot here in Southern CA and we really need rain.  I know a lot of you are still getting lots of rain and thunderstorms.  Please send some my way.  LOL!  When I lived in FL; I hated that it rained so much.  In Missouri, I hated all the storms; as they included tornado's many times.  Now, I miss the rain and the thunderstorms with the lightning.  Isn't it strange?  We are never satisfied with what we have. LOL!

I bought a few new Anna Griffin Cartridges when HSN had a big craft event.  I loved her butterfly cards and sentiments too.  I very rarely create a 5 x 7 card; but that is what this is; and I love it.  I created this one for a very close friend that also loves butterflies.  I haven't sent it yet; because I am having trouble parting with it yet.  I just finished it a few days ago; and I want to look at it a while.  Do any of you have that problem when you create something for someone else?  

The colors on this card are pink and blue; but this picture doesn't look pink for the background behind the butterflies.  Everything is much prettier in person.  This card is one of the crafts you can make on the list of crafts; but I made some changes to it.  I didn't want to buy the banners that were on it.  I created my own banners using the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge and the font on the Design Space to write my sentiment.  I thought it still turned out very well.  The inside sentiment was also part of that craft card; but I added the butterfly and the flower inside to jazz it up a bit.  I also added the larger image behind the sentiment inside.  You can't see it; but I added glitter gel around all the items; so everything sparkles. It is so much prettier in person.
