Hello friends. I hope everyone is enjoying the weather wherever you are. It is still super hot her in Southern CA. It is best just to stay indoors when it is this hot.
It is time for another Ching-Chou Kuik Inspiration Post; plus our July Monthly Challenge "Monochrome". I find it a little challenging to color a monochrome picture. How many of you think leaves should be green and berries should be red? It is hard to let go of what we think and believe; and do something outside the box. Also, how hard is to not cover up the card with lots of embellishments?LOL!
Glitter N Sparkle has a challenge of "Freedom"; which is a lot of what I am talking about above. One form of Freedom is when we can color these items any color we want; outside the confines of the box; that many of us have been led to believe is true. Grass is green, leaves are green, berries are red, etc. Not necessarily. LOL!
This is much prettier in person. The colors are somewhat muted in this picture. Sorry about that. I couldn't get it any brighter; but it is bright yellows.
