Birthday Card with Ching-Chou Kuik Wishing Stars Using Cricut Cricut Artistry, Artbooking and Artiste Cartridges

Hello friends.  I hope you are staying cool.  I think it is still hot across the US.  I wish we could have spring or fall all year long.  It was cooler in LA area when I first moved here over 15 years ago; but I have watched the temperatures continue to climb each year.

It is time for another Ching-Chou Kuik Inspiration and today's inspiration is to "Create Your Own Background".  I haven't tried to create my own background for quite a while; so this was a challenge for me.  I think it takes us back to the basics; which I had forgotten how to do.  LOL! 

Today I have chosen the gorgeous Ching-Chou Kuik Wishing Stars. Isn't this a sweet gorgeous image?!  I created the immediate background with stamping and then used an Embossing folder for the paper behind that.
