Hello
friends. It is a little cooler here in Southern CA; but still too hot. I did manage to ride my bike this morning before it got too hot. I hope you are enjoying the weather at your place. I know it varies all over the world.
I am excited to be entering Part 1 of Sweet Pea Progressive Challenge. If you enter Part 1 using one of the current Sweet Pea Stamps in their Anything Goes Challenge; you will receive a free digi for Part 2 of the Sweet Pea Progressive Challenge. It is a great way to build up your inventory of fabulous digis. I love all of them; so it is easy to want more. LOL! It ends July 12th; so get yours done right away.
I chose Sweet Pea Conie Fong "Bella Sending You Smiles" to create another card for my mother. She had to go to the Emergency Room yesterday; but luckily was able to go home after treatment. It is so hard for older people to maintain good health; especially when you have a heart condition and high blood pressure. I am so grateful that my sister Alice lives about 15 - 20 miles from mom; so that she can help her when she needs it.
The colors aren't quite this dark; but that is the best I could do. The bear is a lighter brown and the flowers are more pink than they show in this picture. I decided to use some of my new Anna Griffin products I bought this past week. I used her 3D flower stickers and one of her handmade bows. It was nice to have some ready to use. I also finally used some of the Paper Wishes freebies inside my card (butterflies) that go with this HOTP paper and their dazzles. I have had the dazzles for a very long time; but forgot I had them.
