Miss You/Love Card Using Cricut Artbooking, CTMH Heartstrings Paper and DS4J Pocket Love Digi

DT Project for Digi Stamps 4 Joy  - Challenge 109 - Valentines/Love

Hello friends.  I hope you aren't in that area with all the heavy snow on the East coast. What a mess!  We have had cloudy skies here in Sunny CA; but at least it isn't cold.  

My mother is still in the nursing home; but she seems to be doing better.  I think she still has a couple more months to stay there. She said she was ready to go home; but she still can't take care of herself.  I feel so bad that she has to be in the nursing home at all; but I know that is where she needs to be until she can walk by herself again.  I sent my mother this card. I have been creating a lot of cards for her lately and hope they cheer her up.  She just received my elephant card today; and she loved it.  I try to send two or three cards at a time to my sister; who lives one town over from the nursing home.  She gives her one a week for me.  

It is time for another fabulous monthly challenge - DS4J Challenge 109 - Valentines/Love. I have chosen this adorable image; which I love.  It is called DS4J Pocket Love.  I know how much my mother loves animals; even though she may not like mice.  I hope she will accept them on a card; but not in person.  LOL!  I don't know if you can see the "Miss You" on front.  I kind of missed the mark on the placement; but I thought it turned out really cute. I used CTMH Heartstrings paper for this card.  I have purchased several packs of this one; as I think it can be used all year long.  It is only available through March 31, 2015.
