Friend Card Using Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge

Hi everyone!! It is already feeling like summer here in Southern CA.  I think I saw on the news that everyone is having a heat wave here in the US.  I hope everyone is doing well and taking time to create.  I love reading and following my followers blogs.  All of you are so creative!!  I created this card for fun using the sketch from Papertake Weekly Challenge.  This stamp set is a retired CTMH "Find Your Style".  I love it and bought it from another consultant who had several left over.  It was sold before I joined CTMH.  I thought the title was appropriate for the paper I chose.  This is my first time to create a 6 x 6 card.

All Occassion Card Using Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge

Hello everyone!! I have been wanting to create a white and black card for months; but couldn't seem to get the right combination until today.  I love this card base created with the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge.  Of course, I had to add butterflies and a dragonfly.  The white didn't show up well with a white background so I chose this yellow with blue under the card.  I think it helps a little.  I love this Bugaboo Digi Silhouette  stamp with the darling little hummingbirds and flowers.  I had to find a way to use it.

Same card with white background.  Which one looks better or makes the white card features easier to see?  You decide and let me know under comment section.  Thanks.

I tried about 15 different backgrounds and several ribbons before I found the combination that worked for me with this digi stamp.  I also tried several different sized cards and cuts.  I hope you receive inspiration from this card.  The pearls are pure white; but for some reason in these pictures they look off white.

One week left in our June - Buy 2 get 1 free acrylic stamp sale.  Also, don't forget the stamp of the month which is Life Is Tweet for only $5 with a purchase of $50.  Don't forget to check out my Card Club!!  Tell a friend about the card club and make someone very happy!!

Hi all you wonderful bloggers and readers!  It is another beautiful day in Southern CA.  I created a card for Mojo Monday Sketch 246; using CTMH Sonoma paper packet.  I love these colors in this packet. I have been wanting to use this for a while; but it was hard for me to cut them as they are so beautiful!!  Ha!!

Sketches by Carly Birthday Card Using Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge Card Feature

Hi all you followers and creators out there!! In case you haven't heard; I am honored to be a Guest Designer with Sketches By Carly for the summer.  We have a new sketch for you this week.  Drop by Sketches by Carly for Sketch #59 to create your beautiful cards.  I created a birthday card for my daughter-in-law.

I left the inside blank until I decide what I want to do with it.  The inside is also paper from the Stella Paper Packet.  The typed words are my watermark.

I used the CTMH Workshops On The Go - Stella paper. It also comes as a paper packet. There is a lot of variety with this packet. I used the cute little June stamp of the month. I love this stamp set. You pay only $5 with a purchase of $50 for the month of June only. It isn't available after June. The wording is supposed to be crooked; so it wasn't me this time. Ha!!

June is also Stampaganza; which hasn't happened for two years. Purchase two acrylic stamp sets and get one free!! Such a fantastic deal. Click here to order the June stamp special. Select your 3 stamp sets and the free one will display as free, at the end of your order. Also, once you reach $50 purchase; it will automatically display the stamp of the month. You have to click "Add to cart" to purchase it for $5.

Don't forget to check out my Cricut Art Philosophy Virtual Card Club!!  My first 4 creations for the first month are posted under Card Club on the tabs.  I am looking forward to sharing my creations with you.  I would appreciate you telling your friends and co-workers so they can share in the fun.

Birthday Card Using The Paper Shelter Digi Stamp, Sketches By Carly and Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge

Hi you wonderful followers and readers!  I am so excited as I just created my first card using a digi stamp!!! I know I am really behind the times; but I was having trouble with coloring them.  They just didn't look right.  I was lucky this time I was able to use a colored digi stamp from The Paper Shelter Challenge.  What a great idea!!  It is gorgeous and just in time to create a birthday card for my adorable granddaughter who will be turning 12 this month.  I can't wait to see what she thinks of this card!!  Thanks Paper Shelter for such an adorable digi stamp and for providing them with color.  Check out  The Paper Shelter website for a great selection of digi stamps and other products as well.

I used the sketch from Sketches by Carly; which I think is fantastic!! Carly is only 13 yrs old and she creates some of the most wonderful sketches.  I am in awe of her talent.  Thanks Carly for another great sketch!!

I created this card based on the inspiring card creation by the talented Kathy Winter at Sketches By Carly blog.  Kathy is one of the DT members.  I already had an idea what I wanted to create; but it wasn't coming together until I saw the scalloped square and the cute butterfly she used.  I tried several different kinds of butterflies; but none of them were quite as cute as the type she used.  Thanks Kathy for the great inspiration.

I love these colors together.  It may be hard to see; but the paper has polka dots and stripes of lavender, pink and several shades of green with vine leaf designs on it.  I used my Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge for the two borders at the top,the scalloped square and the butterfly.  There are over 700 images on this cartridge.  Buying this cartridge is the best investment I have ever made.  It makes creating so easy and so much more fun.

Supplies used for this card are:

Base - 6 1/2 x 5 white card base
All shapes are from Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge
Green Solid paper - S.e.i Couture  (Top border and butterfly)

4th card for Virtual Card Club - Using Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge

Hello everyone!! I have been very busy this week creating cards and getting things ready for my card club.  This card base was created using the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge.  I love this card base from the AP cart!!  It is so cute!  I liked creating the inside of the card from the outside.  I matched the border on the front with the shape on the inside and then framed it with another great Pemberley paper to match the butterflies.

I used the paper from Workshops On The Go - Pemberley to create this card. All the shapes including the card base were created with the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge. The stamp set is from CTMH "A Tree" as were all the others in this months Virtual Card Club.

A Closer View of the Inside

All four of my cards for the first month of my Virtual Card Club are completed now.  I am pleased with the way they turned out.  Two were created using the Lucy Paper Packet and two were created using the Pemberley paper from Workshops On The Go - Pemberley.  This kit contains a great stamp set; which is one of my favorites.  July is the last month this Workshop On The Go will be available; so buy it while you can.  We were told the Pemberley Paper Packet will still be available in August; but not the Workshops On The Go - Pemberley.

All 4 cards for the first month of my card club.

Card #3 for Virtual Card Club

Hello readers, bloggers and creators!!! I hope you are having a wonderful day!!  I am excited because I finished my last two cards for my card club.  I can't wait to share them with you.  I have been watching DVDs for techniques and for different types of cards; so I decided to make a tri-fold card.  I got the idea for the layers of this tri-fold from another consultant friend of mine, Dawn Montagano.  She used a butterfly on the front of her card; so I decided it should work for a male card using the tree.  I love this tree and the butterflies.

I used the beautiful Pemberley Paper from the "Workshops On The Go - Pemberley"; which features one of my favorite stamp sets.  (I used the stamp set on my Mother's Day card - check older posts.) This paper can be used for both male and female.  There is also a floral paper in this packet.  I found out it is harder to create cards for males than for females. I only used one butterfly so this could be used as a card for a male.  The inside could be stamped with butterflies, parts of the tree, hearts, or anything else with a message. I left it empty so it could be used for male or female.  This is double-sided paper and is heavy like card stock.  Cuts very nicely with my Cricut.  I used my Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge to cut the different shapes used on this card.

The 4th card will be coming soon and then I will provide a picture for all 4 cards together; so you can get a better idea of what is included with the Virtual Card Club for the first month.  The 4th card is one of the cards from the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge; which has 100 cards featured on it.  I will be using at least one a month in the Virtual Card Club.
Don't forget June is buy 2 get 1 free stamp sets.  Take advantage of this sale!! It only happens once in a while.  I was told it was 2 years ago since the last one.  CTMH stamp sets are high quality stamps and stamp very clear and easy to read.  I love them; which is one of the reasons I joined this wonderful company.  I purchased the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge and fell in love with it, the stamp sets and the company.

Supplies used to create this card:
Card base - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2  - Using CTMH Indian Corn Blue Card Stock
Paper: CTMH Workshops On The Go - Pemberley; also comes in a paper packet
Card stock under printed paper is CTMH Desert Sand
